Returning to the Hotel Limpia was like stepping back in time to a cherished era of Texas history. the Victorian-style decor and architecture in the main hotel building truly transport guests to a by-gone era. the glassed-in veranda and picturesque porches with rocking chairs were perfect spots to unwind and soak in the tranquility. The exquisite Blue Mountain Bar & Grill provided us with an unforgettable dining experience. the menu, inspired by rural southwestern France, offered a delightful culinary journey. the attention to detail and quality of the food truly impressed us. The room we stayed in was spacious and cheery, with plenty of natural light flooding through the windows. the extra-large fluffy towels and complimentary grab-and-go breakfast with fresh fruit were thoughtful touches that added to our overall comfort and enjoyment. the fact that the Orchard Suites are pet-friendly made our stay even more special as we were able to bring along our furry companion. Overall, the Hotel Limpia surpassed our expectations with its historic charm, excellent dining options, and impeccable service. It's the perfect destination for a romantic getaway or a peaceful retreat surrounded by the beauty of the Davis Mountains. We can't wait to return and make more unforgettable memories in this enchanting historical gem.
